You got questions? We’ve got answers…well mostly 😉
Below are some basic questions I can answer for you now but as things progress and more products are added, I will also update this page.
For any other questions you may have, please don’t hesitate to contact me at:

What are your licensing standards?
Procreate Brushes: Any of my Procreate brushsets can be used by you for personal or commercial use in your artwork, etc. However, they cannot be sold ‘as is’ to others, altered and sold… nor shared with anyone else in any way.
Canva Templates: Canva templates for instagram posts, facebook, pinterest etc can be used for your personal or business use but not sold in anyway. Any Canvas templates that I make for resale use will be clearly indicated in the item listing.
Other Digital Products: I will clearly state in the item listings if a product is for your own personal/business use or if you can edit it for resale. Always check the item listing for these details.
What payment methods do you offer in your shop?
Currently, I accept credit card payments (Visa/MC/AMEX) via Square, which is safe, easy to use and allows me more control in giving you the best customer experience overall.
At the moment, I don’t accept PayPal via my online shop. However I currently also have shops on Etsy & Creative Market (where PayPal IS accepted) so if that is your only method of payment, I got you covered!
(Additional shop links can be accessed here)
What is your refund policy?
Currently, we only offer digital products so by that very nature, they are not refundable. Please read all item descriptions carefully before making a purchase to ensure you are buying a product you can use.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please reach out within 7 days of your purchase. I’m happy to help address any issues to make sure you are satisfied. In the instance we do decide to provide a refund, please allow 7-10 days for processing. (Refunds will be made via the same method as the original purchase and are not transferrable.)
How will I receive my purchased digital products?
Upon completing your purchase, you can access your downloads in several ways; either from the link provided in the confirmation email or directly from your account (if you have one set up) under ‘my orders’. I would suggest setting up an account to ensure you the best customer experience.
Depending on the size; your files(s) will be accessible one of two ways;
1) via direct download
2) via a PDF with links and instructions on how to access (ie; Dropbox, pCloud, etc).
I will always indicate in the product listing how the files will be accessible.
For Procreate Brushes:
Once you have accessed the zipped file, download then navigate to ‘downloads’ on your device. Unzip the folder, double click on the brushset file and the entire brushset will automatically import into Procreate for you. Procreate color pallets and paper textures can also be imported this way.
For Canva Templates:
Upon receiving your confirmation email, you will receive a PDF with links and instructions on how to access my shared Canva templates.
For other downloads such as digital planners, clip art, ebooks, etc:
Upon receiving your confirmation email, you will receive instructions on how to access your files.
*Please note: If you have any issues at all retrieving/accessing files – do not worry – just send me an email at (info@sofydolldesigns.com) and I will work with you to make sure you get the item you ordered.
What software/hardware will I need to use your digital items?
Procreate Brushes: You will need an iPad/iPad Pro with Procreate software (can be purchased on Apple Store) and an iPencil (Ist or 2nd generation, depending on your iPad).
Canva Templates: You will need a laptop/computer or iPad to work on Canva templates. Most Canva templates I create will be accessible via Canva’s free membership but on occasion I will create templates using Canva Pro – this means you will have to purchase a subscription to Canva Pro to get the full benefits of the template. I will indicate this in the item listing so you will know before you make the purchase.
Other Digital Products: Depending on the item, it may dictate which software/hardware you will need to be able to use it. (For example; finished digital planners – for your own personal use – may require Goodnotes to use them.) I will always note in the item listing what each product is used for and what program it will need to run correctly.
